Cast Members Who Should Absolutely Stay Off Social Media

Cast Members Who Should Absolutely Stay Off Social Media

These 90 Day Fiancé stars have been digging their own graves on Instagram with irritating, offensive, and cringey posts that get on fans’ nerves.

Social media can be an excellent way for 90 Day Fiancé stars to connect with fans and earn some extra cash, but some cast members would do better to stay off Instagram. A star’s social media activity can get on fans’ nerves in a number of ways, and these franchise cast members are regularly called the most annoying on Instagram.

It’s extremely common for reality TV stars to attempt to achieve influencer status because it can lead to sponsored content opportunities, as well as other avenues to make money. For many 90 Day Fiancé cast members, Instagram can be very lucrative, and giving fans a window into their off-screen lives makes them more popular.

However, for other stars, their attempts to boost their fame on social media can backfire horribly. Many of them find that they receive harsh criticism and hateful messages, and for them, Instagram may not be the best way to spend time. For a number of reasons, these cast members have gotten on fans’ bad side with their questionable social media activity.

Amy Frishmuth

Amy was a fan favorite from 90 Day Fiancé season 2 because viewers couldn’t help but sympathize with her difficult journey to the altar. Throughout the season, her fiancé Danny’s unsupportive father caused the couple great stress, and Amy had a hard time being away from her family. Amy eventually married Danny and regularly shares photos of their growing family on Instagram. However, Amy has expressed controversial views on homosexuality and religion, and it’s clear that her social media activity is eroding her popularity. If Amy weren’t as vocal on Instagram, she wouldn’t drive away as many fans.

Syngin Colchester

Syngin is another former fan favorite because viewers thought he was fun and goofy on shows like 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? and 90 Day: Foody Call. But an ex of his has come forward with allegations that he was extremely abusive towards her. Neither Syngin nor TLC has addressed the claims, but it seems the South Africa native has already started damage control. Syngin’s last Instagram post was in late December, and it’s definitely wise for him to stay off social media. Fans feel Syngin needs to be held accountable, and taking to Instagram would only make things worse for him.

Nicole Nafziger

Nicole Nafziger Confirmed Not Together Breakup Azan In 90 Day Fiance 2

In recent months, Nicole has gotten a lot of hate from fans for her sketchy social media behavior. She’s been posting clickbait articles on Instagram as a source of added income, but the posts have been extremely deceiving. Sometimes Nicole’s posts take advantage of sensitive topics, like the recent death of cast member Jason Hitch. Nicole has apologized for some of the more offensive posts, but she’s still sharing clickbait and is still getting harsh criticism from fans.

Juliana Custodio

Juliana Custodio Michael Jessen Still Together Fashion Model in 90 Day Fiance 2

Juliana was recently involved in a huge scandal. She’s splitting up with her now-ex-husband Michael Jessen and is pregnant and with a new man already. Also, there are rumors that she cheated on Michael with his ex-wife’s current husband. Juliana’s best bet to avoid getting mean and judgmental messages from fans is to lay low. However, she’s been doing the opposite and is constantly posting on Instagram about how happy she is with her new life. Juliana should wait till the dust settles before taking to social media again.

Varya Malina

Varya has been digging her own grave by constantly sharing supportive posts about her convicted felon fiancé Geoffrey Paschel. Geoffrey has been excommunicated from the franchise for assaulting and abusing his ex and has also been found guilty and sentenced to 18 years. But that hasn’t stopped Varya from being his biggest supporter. Throughout his trial, she stuck by his side and has been posting about him on Instagram as well. Many fans are disgusted that she would continue to believe Geoffrey and don’t want to hear any more about either him or Varya.

Tom Brooks

Tom Brooks 90 Day Fiance Before the 90 Days

Fans consider Tom to be one of the cringier cast members, and his social media activity only gives fans more second-hand embarrassment. He often shares videos of himself dancing awkwardly and groan-worthy tributes to his current girlfriend Mariah. Tom seems to be attempting to profit off his brief time in the franchise, but it only makes fans want to run the other way at top speed. Unless he wants to continue to get roasted for his strange posts, Tom should take it easy with the social media activity.

Tiffany Franco & Ronald Smith

Ronald and Tiffany have always had a rocky relationship, and unfortunately they tend to air their dirty laundry on social media for all the world to see. The couple regularly posts passive aggressive messages about each other, and after a particularly bitter breakup, they trashed each other and Ronald tried to make Tiffany jealous with a new woman. Now it seems they’ve reconciled, but they should really rethink taking to social media with their drama during their next inevitable breakup.

Ben Rathbun

90 Day Fiancé Ben

Fans see Ben from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days as extremely cringey, and each Instagram post is another awkward nail in his ridiculed cast member coffin. Ben’s catfish storyline is inherently ridiculous and unbelievable and fans already enjoy mocking him. His un-self aware posts about religion and his appearances on the show are just joke fodder for fans on Reddit. It appears that Ben is looking for fame, or at least notoriety, and if he’s not, the best way to repair his image is to keep off Instagram.

Instagram can be a lucrative venture for 90 Day Fiancé stars, but not all of them have been able to achieve fan favorite status with their social media activity. There are definitely many cast members from the franchise who fans can’t stand, and their behavior on Instagram makes them even more disliked than they were before. These cast members have definitely angered viewers, and if they want to rehab their image and popularity, they should stay away from Instagram.
