Pokémon Legends: Arceus – How To Get (& Use) Vivichoke

Pokémon Legends: Arceus - How To Get (& Use) Vivichoke

Vivichoke is one of the ingredients required to craft Revives in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Players can acquire Vivichokes by foraging the Fieldlands.

Vivichoke is an ingredient in Pokémon Legends: Arceus used for crafting recipes including Revives, Hyper Potions, and Superb Remedies. Revives, in particular, are especially helpful for challenging battles, as they can restore a fainted Pokemon back to half its max HP. Fortunately, Vivichokes are relatively easy to obtain and even easier to farm.

The first way to get Vivichokes is by completing Requests in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, specifically Request 11: “The Timbre of the Fields” and Request 17: “To Bloom or Not to Bloom.” To complete Request 11, Trainers must show a Jubilife villager named Yeo the completed Pokédex entry for Kricketot. Wild Kricketot can be found on the western and southern edges of the large central island in the Obsidian Fieldlands. Completing Request 11 will reward players with Vivichoke ×3. In Request 17, players are tasked with completing the Pokédex entry for Cherrim. Cherrim can be found in the Obsidian Fieldlands, Crimson Mirelands, and Coronet Highlands. The Lonely Spring in the Highlands is one of the best places to encounter Cherrim. Once the entry is finished, players can return to Kichi at the Jubilife Village Farm to receive a single Vivichoke.

Another way to acquire Vivichokes in Pokémon Legends: Arceus is by purchasing the item from the Ginkgo Guild Merchants for ₽400 each. Vivichokes can also be occasionally dropped by wild Pokémon after being caught or defeated. Such Pokémon include Burmy, Eevee, Finneon, Petilil, Misdreavus, and many more.

Where To Find Vivichoke In Pokémon Legends Arceus

The best and most efficient way to farm Vivichokes in Pokémon Legends: Arceus is by foraging two specific areas in the Obsidian Fieldlands. It should be noted that Vivichokes can also grow within the Crimson Mirelands, Coronet Highlands, Cobalt Coastlands, and Alabaster Icelands. Yet, the Fieldlands has, by far, the most optimal routes for farming Vivichokes.

First, those looking to gather only a few Vivichokes within a short period should travel to Floaro Gardens, located in the upper-left corner of the Obsidian Fieldlands in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Here, players can find Vivichokes ×4 within the vicinity. After collecting the materials, travel to the northern Fieldlands Camp and return to Jubilife Village to respawn the Vivichokes. Repeating this process will provide a decent amount of Vivichokes per hour. On the other hand, the large island in the region’s center produces many more Vivichokes, resulting in a longer foraging trip but many more gathering opportunities. Starting from Deertrack Path, travel down to Windswept Run and then towards Tidewater Dam. Finally, go to Nature’s Pantry and zigzag from the northeast side of the island to the camp Deertrack Heights. This route should provide players with more than enough Vivichokes for crafting in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
