The Xur Report for Destiny 2 — April 29, 2022

Xur is on Nessus in the Watcher’s Grave Tonight, and he’s packing heat. The general rule with Xur is to grab anything you don’t have for Collections purposes, but for those of you who want a quick rundown of the highlights, here’s what’s up. And let me tell you, it’s kind of a wild one this week. It’s GOD ROLL O’CLOCK, baby. Hit up our weird guy on that big tree on the planet you never go to anymore except for terrible Strikes and make sure you’ve got a pocket full of Glimmer, because you’re going to want this Dead Man’s Tale.

The Good

Jian 7 Rifle with Zen Moment and Outlaw is a decent Arc pulse
Timelines’ Vertex — pick this up if you don’t have a good Solar Fusion Rifle, because Lead From Gold is an incredible PVE perk and this could be useful next season
Widow’s Bite has an ok PVP roll and a Range masterwork, though Snapshot/Opening Shot is still the sniper go-to perk mix
Negative Space with Tireless Blade and Surrounded is an ok PVE roll, so you might want to grab this in anticipation of Solar 2.0
Decent Hawkmoon with good range
Incredible DMT roll — High Caliber Rounds, Vorpal Weapon, good range and handling makes this thing incredible at blowing people out of their Supers in Crucible. Get this

The Bad

Seventh Seraph Carbine has lousy perks, plus Warmind Cells aren’t great right now — though, they might be in a better place with Solar 2.0
False Promises is a fun High-Impact auto rifle, but Sympathetic Arsenal is bad
Too much Mobility on the Mk. 44 Stand Asides
Terrible Legendary armor rolls

The Ugly

Frozen Orbit has High-Impact Reserves and a mag perk. Why
